WHAT ARE THE CLASSIC SIGNS OF PSORIASIS?

Although the signs of psoriasis can vary from person to person, there are some classic signs to look out for:

1. Dry red skin lesions on the skin, known as plaques, covered in silver scales.
2. Rashes in the folds or creases in your skin, such as the armpits, groin, between the buttocks and under the breasts.
3. Scalp Psoriasis causes red patches of skin covered in thick, silvery-white scales.
4. Problems with your fingernails. Psoriasis can cause your nails to develop tiny dents or pits, become discoloured or grow abnormally.
