Thanks to for the inspo here. I tried my best. His looked better, not gonna lie. Taste and texture was good though. If you like the idea of garlic dumplings, id recommend. Constipation is more than just eating the right things, for a lot of people their nervous systems has a huge part to play via the vagus nerve. Following patient symptoms is crucial to getting results when a patient's gotten nowhere so far with blood tests so far. This is more often than not the case with thyroid tests in the UK. Sadly our tests are woefully simplistic, to the point of being clinically useless a lot of the time. This remedy tasted delicious, didn't quite do the trick though, so I ended up reformulating it. Maybe one day I'll come to make it again for a different person. But this is a really good learning point for all herbalists. We don't make the same medicine up twice, even if it's the same problem we're treating. Everyone has their own reasons for not being able to sleep, and sometimes you have to give a remedy a second chance before getting it right. When someone doesn't respond to the herbs as I might think, this is a chance for me to learn more about the person as well as the way I dispense. In the same way a doctor might use a drug to rule out a pathology, I'm learning all the time when I give herbs too, even when they don't work first time 'round.

Forage Botanicals Ltd. helps menstruators have better periods, naturally, with seasonal self-care rituals.

After spending many years suffering with terrible period pain I realised that stress was a massive contributor. By using self-care and learning how to observe and flow with my hormone cycle I’ve been able to transform my life. Now I teach people how to do the same through my online course, natural products and health coaching.
