Properly placed hyaluronic‑acid (HA) filler can produce a noticeable, non‑surgical lift of the brow, especially the lateral (tail) brow, by restoring volume and structural support. It’s often used as a conservative alternative to surgery or combined with Botox/temple volumization for a better result.
What it does
• Restores lost volume in the lateral brow and/or temple, pushing the tail of the brow up and opening the eye area.
• Softens hollowing that contributes to apparent brow descent and upper eyelid hooding.
• Results are immediate and reversible (with hyaluronidase), and typically last many months (commonly 9–18 months depending on product and patient).
Who is a good candidate
• Mild-to-moderate brow descent or lateral tail droop.
• Patients who want a subtle lift and are okay with a temporary, non‑surgical result.
• Not ideal for significant excess skin or marked ptosis — those usually need surgical blepharoplasty or formal brow lift.
Typical products and approach
• Cross‑linked HA fillers with some lifting capacity are commonly chosen (injector preference varies).
• Many injectors treat the temple (deep volumization) and/or lateral brow to achieve an indirect lift rather than injecting the eyelid itself.
• Treatments use small volumes per side; results are staged and conservative first, with touch‑ups later.
