Keep walking, running,dancing,laughing,cooking,reading,drawing,knitting,decorating, cleaning, singing ....This is hard but it won't last forever.
Take care of your body and mind.
Times like this make us realise how important it is to look after our health. This is your time,use it wisely.
Boost your immune system. Eat healthy and move.
Move whenever you can and however you can .Your body likes it, your body needs it.
No more worrying about unimportant things, they pass but the impact of the stress never goes away.

How great you end up feeling when you spend your day surrounded by happy, positive people?
Move away from negativity, nastiness,jealousy, bullying, dishonesty etc....Life is way too short to spend it with wrong people. Family, colleagues,friends....it does not matter who they are....if they are making you feel bad, move on and live happily ever after :)

Even tho most of us have a long to do list for every weekend, we also Must find some time to look after our body and mind.
Please,please,please do not forget how important you are!!!!! Yoga, Pilates, Jogging, swimming,walking....every little thing counts.
