🎄💙 Community kindness at its best 💙🎄

A huge thank you to the wonderful members of the public who stopped to support our fundraising, generously donated, and helped us spread a little Christmas cheer. ✨

There was festive fun all round from wrapping presents 🎁 to sharing Jelly Drops, helping raise awareness of hydration support for people living with dementia.

Moments like these show the power of community coming together to make a difference. Thank you for being part of it! 💙
