Let’s break that cycle in just three intentional breaths:

1. **Inhale Deeply**: Breathe in through your nose for a count of four. Picture fresh, positive energy filling your lungs. Hold it for a moment.

2. **Hold & Reflect**: As you hold your breath, think of one thing you genuinely appreciate about yourself. Let that thought take center stage.

3. **Exhale Release**: Now, slowly breathe out through your mouth for a count of six. Imagine releasing all negative thoughts and self-doubt. Let them float away!

Repeat this anywhere, anytime. It’s your little moment of empowerment. Remember, you’re doing your best and that's more than enough!
