It was such a joy to have so many of you join me at the last yin yoga evening. As many of you know, we will be moving to France in August so I am offering one more of these evenings before we go.
Join me on Thursday 21st May at 6:00pm.
As spring begins to turn towards summer, the system naturally shifts from a place of internal processing into one of expression, openness and outward energy.
We’ll begin by working with the liver and gallbladder meridians, encouraging the smooth flow of energy through the body, releasing tension held in the hips, legs and connective tissue.
From there, the practice will gently move toward the heart and chest, supporting breath, emotional balance, and a sense of ease and openness.
Rooted in the principles of Traditional Chinese Medicine, this evening is designed to:
- soothe the nervous system
- nourish the internal organs and connective tissues
- support the body’s natural transition into summer
- and invite a deeper sense of calm, clarity, and openness
This is a space to slow down, to listen inward, and to allow the body to unfold in its own time.
