Real Story: From Fear to Freedom

Six months ago, a mother reached out for help — her teenage daughter had been struggling with unexplained fears, anxiety, and a constant urge to go to the toilet.
She couldn’t stay through a single school lesson without leaving for the restroom.

Despite months of working with psychologists and school therapists, nothing changed. At home, she couldn’t be alone — she constantly called and texted her mother, crying and begging her to come back. She was unable to go anywhere by herself, and even short trips with her parents caused distress.

After six months of little progress and growing concern from school and doctors, the family turned to hypnotherapy — and that’s when things began to shift.

From the very first sessions, both the girl and her family started noticing real changes. Gradually, the anxiety faded, confidence grew, and joy returned.

Today, we’ve completed our work together.
She now walks to and from school on her own, goes out to the park or the shops, enjoys school trips, and feels comfortable being at home alone.
The constant need to visit the toilet turned into a normal, balanced routine.

These changes didn’t just transform the girl’s life — they brought peace and happiness back to her whole family.
And they left a deep imprint on my heart, too.

Her mother wrote to me:

Real story. Shared with my client’s permission.

A client reached out with a very unusual problem — a fear of getting pregnant.
Not the fear of carrying a baby or giving birth — but simply the fear of becoming pregnant.

When we started working together, we discovered that this fear was also connected to her fear of gaining weight. My client had been constantly fighting against weight gain or trying to lose weight — it had been a never-ending cycle throughout her entire life.

Later, we uncovered a childhood memory: as a little girl, she often had to sit in front of a full plate of food and was forced to eat everything on it. She was not allowed to leave anything, even when she felt full.

After some time, she happily shared that the fear of pregnancy had completely disappeared. But there was more — she was also delighted that, without any effort, she unexpectedly lost weight. She even laughed, saying she was now enjoying her “falling down trousers” moment 🙂.

And just recently, when I asked her how she was doing, she added with a smile:
“You can also say that until now I always had to finish a full plate, but now I can actually leave food without a heavy heart 😄.”
