Back to routine.

This year has begun with a bang!
I’ve been to the gym
I’ve returned any Royal Mail items
My clinic this week is super busy!

AND!
I’ve wanted to blog properly again for a while because I genuinely love writing.
Last year I started my newsletter and it’s grown to several hundred people, with little health blogs woven through.

Clear Space Health is simply East meets West. Natural medicine from both sides, shared honestly.
It’s not perfect. I’m just pressing launch and seeing where it goes.

Sometimes just take the step and don’t worry about it.
And if you feel stuck then I am an expert at supporting you to move foward.
