I really do love my work. And My patients know I will do my best for them. I treat from a holistic background. It’s not just needles. We sit, we talk we work out what’s happening and I use my knowledge and skills to support you the best way I can. So maybe it’s time to be heard and heal.

Cold has a way of taking things inward.
In the body; in emotion; in how we cope.
I’ve been noticing a soft thaw lately. Not rushing. Not dramatic. Just a sense of things becoming a little more ready to move.
Snowdrops always feel like the first sign of movement to me.
I write more fully about these things beyond Instagram.

Back to routine.
Back to pace.
Back to being “on it”.

I see so many people who aren’t burnt out — just quietly depleted.

This year has begun with a bang!
I’ve been to the gym
I’ve returned any Royal Mail items
My clinic this week is super busy!

AND!
I’ve wanted to blog properly again for a while because I genuinely love writing.
Last year I started my newsletter and it’s grown to several hundred people, with little health blogs woven through.

Clear Space Health is simply East meets West. Natural medicine from both sides, shared honestly.
It’s not perfect. I’m just pressing launch and seeing where it goes.

Sometimes just take the step and don’t worry about it.
And if you feel stuck then I am an expert at supporting you to move foward.

I really care about my patients. When i first had acupuncture I was having a hard time and overwhelmed with London life. And it helped me so much I retrained! And now I happily do the same for others. So if you are feeling a little bit lost. Let me be the helping hands.
