I'm so excited to share that I'll be hosting a 6 night retreat in Antiparos next year (6-12 June 2026).
It's a beautiful, serene island and we'll be coming together for yoga, reflection, nature, nourishment and deep connection 🧘🌟

Thank you so much to the people who've already booked, and for everyone else: there's an early-bird discount available until 1 January, so now's a great time to secure your spot.

What you'll get:

✨ Thank you to all the wonderful yogis who joined me this morning for a nourishing self-care practice. It was so beautiful to see so many of you show up for yourselves and for each other. Such a special community we’re creating, even with the gym beats thumping around us ❤️🌟

Sharing that space with all you gems was truly grounding. I’m so grateful!

Back in London after an incredible summer in Norway 🇳🇴✨
Highlights included hiking up Skåla (all 1,848m of it 🏔️💪) and, of course, my most serious athletic pursuit yet… hunting for cloudberries 🍓😂

"So Hum" invites us to remember,

That sometimes we put all these labels on ourselves or we try to live up to an image of how life should look, how we should be or even what a posture should look like.

Underneath all of these roles, stories and the striving there’s something much simpler and more true.

It means “I am that.”

A way to return to who you already are, without needing to fix, prove or perform.

Personal Trainer

Fredrik Underhaug is a highly qualified Personal Trainer. Originating from Norway, he is now the leading practitioner of The Jensen Method in the UK. He specialises in sophisticated low intensity training with great effect. Through very specific exercises he manages to lower the risk of injuries while getting the most effect out of every session.

Yoga Teacher

Fredrik loves to share what he’s learned through his Yoga practice and hope you’ll find his teaching both challenging and fun. He focuses a lot on your form in each pose and finding the full potential out of each pose. Through precise cues and adjustments helping you to find and feel the difference in your own body. Teaching mostly Power Yoga, Fredrik also teaches Yin Yoga and Yin Yang Yoga.
