4 weeks of elimination diet - vegan and gluten free - my hands are not inflamed anymore and I lost 5 kg and 5 cm - reintroduction starting tomorrow with fish.

Please confirm your attendance next Monday and if you are bringing anybody for the free presentation Heal Your Gut, Heal Your Body - any inflammation based conditions like cardiovascular disease, Alzheimer, Type II Diabetes, pulmonary diseases, neurological diseases, autoimmune diseases might start in the gut!

2 weeks of elimination diet is almost done - no meat, no fish, no diary, no gluten, no coffee, no alcohol. But not inflamed skin either...

It’s not totally healed yet, so planning about 2 more weeks...

5 days of juicing is done - 7.5 lbs and 1 inch lost - my journey doesn’t end, though, as I am continuing with an elimination diet (ultimate goal is not weight loss anyway - and that needs a little more work)- picture of soup be posting later...
