Mine resurfaced very toxic!

I found it so hard to talk, I felt no one was interested or was even aware of what I was going through; I had no idea I was harming myself by keeping everything in, and eventually I began to self-destruct, taking out everything in my wake.

My change begun when I was able to belch out everything I was holding in, it was painful, it was tough but it also beautiful, liberating and empowering.

If you are struggling, please seek professional support, it doesn’t make you weak or crazy, it just means you’ve got to the place where you need a helping hand for a season.

Take time for you and invest in your mental and emotional well-being, just as you would your physical.

Living in a home where domestic violence occurs tend to have a negative effect to its inhabitants. It is a common misconception that kids do not get affected by volatile environments. Children are very impressionable in their developing years and such surroundings and upbringing can have a lasting impact.
