Another beautiful smile transformation just in time for summer ☀️
Right, I know it’s London and it could change any second, but it’s June now so let’s just pretend this gorgeous weather is here to stay, these beautiful teeth certainly are.
This guy is an honest to god legend, and this is exactly what I get out of bed in the morning for.
Upper front chip and some completed the look, but take a closer look at the lower scans and there’s something else going on.
Crowding, especially in the lower teeth, makes it much harder to clean the teeth, using floss and interdental brushes or whatever, and you can see the difference in this patient was able to maintain after just a few months of straightening with Invisalign.
We also widened the buccal corridors, and addressed the anterior open bite (scans included in slide 4) patient wasn’t in full occlusion for photos (my fault) so I included the scans compensate for my poor photography skills (we can’t have everything). Space was an issue also, too much in the maxilla and not enough in the mandible. The patient didn’t want stripping, and lower premolar extractions were out of the question, so some lateral incisor tilting was the happy compromise we came to. Giving this lovely, aesthetically pleasing finish, while still resolving the lower crowding and anterior open bite.
