l will be hosting an evening of creative wellness by supporting ladies in a personalised journey of self discovery and well-being through the use of creative arts/play.

Kids love to hear all about themselves and what us parents were like when we were younger.

We live in a world where a phone is never to far away and we have a million and one photos of our kids.

Why not instead of maybe story time at night with a book perhaps get some baby pictures out and tell some stories of what they were like as a baby. 👶🏼

The mighty women’s awards 🏆

A little reminder that we may wear lots of hats and feel the need to be winning at life. The pressure to be able to do it all is intense.

This is a reminder that we don’t have to do it all. Support is out there.

I’m a

-wife
-daughter/sister/aunt/friend

And I can’t do it all nor do I want to. I ask for help for my children, for myself and for my family.

This is what makes me a mighty woman, knowing my strengths, knowing when I need support and knowing when to ask.
