🔥12 Week Transformation Spaces x 2🔥

Tuesday / Thursday / Friday @ 10AM 

If we're doing this I want to do it properly I mean strict diets limited alcohol step count to hit and sessions to be done outside of our three a week. 

Training and accountability:-

Each week we will be taking both weight & measurements. 

I know there may not be a change every week but doing a weigh in every week will keep focus for the full 12 weeks. 

I want the diet to be strict meaning minimum changes through out. I will sit with everyone first and set out a  calorie meal plan. There will be times your bored of what your eating, we can discuss changes where needed to keep your eating enjoyable and maintainable. Think on the end goal.

I want you in with me training 3 Sessions a week doing one upper day one lower day and a cardio day. I will then have a workout plan for you to do yourself either in the gym or at home. I will make this plan designed to things specifically aimed at body parts you want to improve eg an extra glute day or extra core & cardio.

I also have spaces for 1-1 & Groups 👌 none of my groups are any bigger than 5 people. Get a few friends together and get in shape for 2025. Don't sit a week before that holiday you've booked wishing you'd started sooner - let's go!

Another absolutely amazing transformation from one of my clients Zara 🙌 

Zara has been been training with me since January and has kept consistent throughout.

We train 2 / 3 days a week where we focus on strength training and HIIT after each session. 

Staying consistent and focused on a goal is the okay way to make progress towards it🎯

Since starting training Simon has lost 6.8kg and added muscle in all the right areas. This man trains hard and puts in work around our sessions.

Last month Jenni messaged me having already had a gym membership a while but wasn’t confident enough to go in and actually use the equipment to work out.

The last month we have been working together using both resistance training and HIIT training and to say the results have been staggering is an understatement 🙌

After taking our 1 month measurements the results have been fantastic 👌

Not only has she put 100% into every session with me but has also gone above and beyond with her training coming in on lunch breaks and days off. Couldn’t ask for much more as a coach👌

Massive well done and can’t wait for the next check in already 🎯
