Jodies had a few setbacks with injuries etc but she hasn't let that stop her. Jodie still shows up, listens to every bit of advice, sticks to plan, and trusts the process. Getting stronger every week.

I’m tired of this…

I see coaches talking about clients asking them for help “toning.”

And then ranting about how there is no such thing as toning.

“It’s just losing fat and building muscle.”

And gow they're sick of being asked to help people “tone.”

Listen, we shouldn’t expect people to know the ins and outs of body comp like we do.

Sometimes people use the wrong language or incorrect terms.

But at the end of the day, we know what they mean.

So when a girl comes to us and says, “I don’t want to get bulky, I just want to tone up…”

We as coaches know exactly what that means.

They are using the word they know to describe what they want.

And at AD, we are happy to meet you where you’re at and talk to you in your language.

So we are bring back the word tone.

We can absolutely help you tone up.
