Thank you, The Healing Sanctuary With Annie, Cumber House Claudy and The Fat Fox Café 💕💕💕

I attended the most beautiful Saturday morning at Cumber House in Claudy with the amazing Anne and 7 other women creating our Medicine Bag for the winter ❄️

It's all about prevention over cure, so Anne taught us how to make our very own cough and cold remedy for ourselves and to be able to administer to others! ♥️

I left that afternoon feeling healed, grounded, like I belonged, connected with my ancestors, and hopeful ✨️

Anne has Self Care Saturdays on once a month right up til December. Give her a follow and come along! October 18th starts with meditation, teachings on digestion and womb massage, and ends with making our own oil to be able to massage at home 🏡 I can't wait!

Thank you Anne, and all the ladies there, what a morning 😍

⏰️ 10:30am, Friday morning Healing~Prayer Circle is on as usual. My doors are open for newcomers.
🙏 This is deep meditation, intuited prayer and some sharing. This is the calling in of the Holy Spirit, the expectation and the peace.
