This summer I completed an Aroma-Reflex course meaning I’m now insured to use 12 beautiful aromatherapy oils alongside my reflexology treatments.

These oils include Lavender, Sweet Orange, Sandalwood, Rose Absolute, Rosemary, Frankincense, Tea Tree, Geranium, Sweet Marjoram, Peppermint, Roman Chamomile, and Lemon.

Using the knowledge I’ve acquired and through listening to my clients I create a blend to suit needs and make up a pot of 30ml balm which I then use on the feet during our session that is then taken home for further therapeutic use for up to 10 days to perhaps help calm nerves, aid relaxation, ease pain, or induce sleep.
