Amateur Dramatics Club The Duchess Players is an adult amateur dramatics group. We are committed, hard working but don't take ourselves too seriously.

Our aim is to produce two shows a year. We are a group of people who love to entertain and have fun on stage with friends and fellow drama enthusiasts.

We jumped on the Chat GPT trend and asked it to create a cartoon of us from a previous show! Got to say, we love the result😂

Things are already in motion behind the scenes to get this year's production under way! 💜

Hey DP Family!
We want to wish you all a very Happy New Year!✨️

Thank you so much for all your love and support from last year's production of Aladdin🧞‍♂️ we had a fabulous time putting on the show for you and we hope you enjoyed it just as much!✨️

We have counted up all of the money raised across all 5 shows and we are so pleased to announce that we raised an incredible total of £1500🥳🥳🥳🥳

£750 will be going to Little Lives, Big Journeys & £750 will be going to The Big Appeal for Nottingham Children's Hospital🥰

Both charities are close to our cast members hearts so we are so happy we can do this for them💜

Keep your eyes peeled for whats coming up for this year's production from the Duchess Players!🥳

Hey DP Family!
As of tonight, we will be halfway through our performances🤯
We had another cracking audience last night and we hope to keep that momentum going right to the end💥

Tonight's the night!! It's open night🥳

Show starts at 7.30pm so make sure to give yourself plenty of time to arrive before the show kicks off💜

This year we are raising money for 2 charities close to our cast members hearts💜 so please make sure to bring along some cash to purchase raffle tickets🎟, magic rings💍 or even just to donate to these fabulous charities as we want to raise as much as we can for them✨️🥰 unfortunately we are unable to accept card payments😕
