Did anyone see “The Fear Clinic” on Channel 4 tonight? What did you think?

There are many approaches to helping someone with a fear or phobia. Below is a testimonial from a client with a balloon phobia who came for one session which didn’t involve a Confrontation Room or Drugs. And for context, she is an Entertainer for childrens parties 🎈

FRED KELLY: Although I eat a hugely varied and healthy diet of fresh vegetables, grains, proteins and fats - I don't eat anything red. It sounds absurd, but it's true.

Hi

Just wanted to say thank you. Your help got me through two very bumpy flights. Was more nervous on the the way there but coped well especially landing during a thunder/lightning storm. On way home I had your recordings on a loop and felt more at ease .

Steph’s Packed lunch on Channel 4 on today from 12pm featuring a piece on food phobias.

Got an email from producer asking if I was available but unfortunately I didn’t see the email till evening.
