Small tweaks can make such a difference!

My lovely patients wanted to enhance her lower face while maintaining a natural appearance. She had always felt self-conscious about her chin and desired a little more definition and shape to create harmony in her features.

The chin is often overlooked, but for some, projecting and elongating it can be key to achieving a beautifully balanced profile.

After a detailed consultation and assessment, I carefully reshaped and restructured her chin using XXL dermal filler, focusing on enhancing projection and elongation.

This subtle change significantly improved her facial proportions, all while respecting her natural anatomy.

The result? An elevated lower face with the soft, natural finish she had hoped for.

Midface rejuvenation for my lovely patient following weight loss.

As a result of weight loss, the natural fat pads that provide support can diminish, leading to hollowness in the midface and heaviness around the nasolabial folds as facial soft tissues descend.

By carefully restoring the lost structure with dermal filler, we can subtly revolumise and resculpt the midface to achieve a refreshed, healthy-looking appearance.

For this treatment I used Stylage XXL (with mepivacaine). This filler is a game changer and my go to for achieving natural contours with precise, predictable results that last.

Say goodbye to tired eyes for good.

Meet my beautiful patient, who felt like she always looked exhausted, even after a restful night's sleep.

On assessment, I could see that my patient has volume loss at the base of her tear trough, resulting in hollowing and shadows beneath her eyes.

To brighten her under-eye area, we have used polynucleotides to enhance skin quality and elasticity, along with tear trough filler to lift and smooth out those hollows.

These photos were taken immediately after her tear trough treatment, and her results will continue to improve over the next few weeks.

She has two more sessions scheduled with polynucleotides to create an even brighter and more refreshed eye contour.

How filler should look.

My patient was concerned about the lines above her top lip and the loss of volume in her lips.

She desired a very natural and defined result without appearing overdone.

Here's what we did...

1. Performed subcision with a cannula to smooth out the lines and administer a smooth even layer of filler beneath the skin.
2. Applied micro-droplets of filler directly along the lines using a precise technique.
3. Restored definition to the vermillion border and cupid’s bow to provide tissue support and prevent lines from extending into the lips.
4. Applied micro-droplets of filler to the lips using various injection techniques to increase height as well as projection of the lips. This approach not only supports the area around the mouth but also enhances the overall appearance of lips.

Using S dermal filler helped achieve this natural yet noticeable result.

Perioral and lower face rejuvenation.

My patient was concerned about the lines above her top lip and the creases extending from her mouth to her chin. She felt these features made her look sad.

The first photo was taken before any treatment, while the subsequent images show the results before and after her second treatment session. No makeup, no filters.

Here's what we did...

1. Performed subcision with a cannula to smooth out the lines and administer an even layer of filler beneath the skin.
2. Applied tiny droplets of filler directly along the lines using a precise technique.
3. Restored definition to the vermillion border and cupid’s bow to provide tissue support and prevent lines from extending into the lips.
4. Balanced and hydrated the upper lip to further support it, as volume loss in the lips can contribute to the formation of perioral lines.
5. Structured the corners of the mouth with dermal filler to help prevent a downturn.
6. Used a cannula to fan filler directly under the marionette lines for a smooth, shadow-free appearance.

A total of 1.7ml of dermal filler was used, incorporating two different densities of filler for a natural result.

The after photos were taken immediately after the treatment, so any redness and swelling will subside over the next few days.

My patient is amazed by her results, and I'm incredibly grateful to her for allowing me to share her pictures.
