IT JUST MAKES NO SENSE BUT I KNOW WHAT I FEEL ‼️😱

A client said this the other day after a really powerful Reiki session. We could both feel the energy in such an intense way. It was INCREDIBLE and one of the most beautiful sessions to witness ♥️🌟

I LOVE what I do 💓 and sessions like the one the other day remind me how grateful I am to be totally open to energy work and the benefits it brings emotionally and physically to people that are so receptive 🫶🏼

When social media feels heavy…… 🌀

It’s so easy to be sucked into everything terrible thats going on in the world, especially when social media shows us everything that’s wrong going on around us 🌍

I remember a few years ago the constant consuming of negativity at every scroll sent my mental health further and further into a downward spiral… I ended up not being able to think about anything else.

The human brain is designed to constantly seek evidence of what it already believes to be true 🧠

Therefore; if we already believe the world is a dangerous place, the constant news flashes of violence and division are going to keep reaffirming that belief and could potentially leave you feeling pretty sh*tty 😢

If things feel like they’re getting too much for you, try a couple of these ‘Afformations’ to flip the script and allow your brain to search for the proof that positivity exists in your life ♥️

‘Why am I blessed?’

Why am I grateful?

Why am I surrounded by love?

Why am i successful?

And allow your brain to search for the answer and pull you back into proof of positivity ♥️

A sneak peak into my day today, over in Halifax for Day 1 of Advanced Belief Coding training, the knowledge and the energy was 🔥

The amount of beliefs Jess managed to draw out in one session blew my mind!

About to do a deep dive session.. over the past few months I’ve been drawn more and more to cacao, when used with the right intention, the insights and depths it can bring are profound ♥️ cacao is a natural heart opener and I’ve found using this before my reiki sessions just brings a whole new level to the energy (it also tastes beautiful too 🥰) .

Im excited to be able to share the magic with my clients later on in the year after my cacao facilitator training! ☕️🌿
