The past few weeks have been so busy for me, and whilst I’m so grateful for the opportunities I now recieve (my life has changed dramatically since investing in my healing 💃) I also know how important it is to keep doing the things that keep us feeling balanced. 🌟

IT JUST MAKES NO SENSE BUT I KNOW WHAT I FEEL ‼️😱

A client said this the other day after a really powerful Reiki session. We could both feel the energy in such an intense way. It was INCREDIBLE and one of the most beautiful sessions to witness ♥️🌟

I LOVE what I do 💓 and sessions like the one the other day remind me how grateful I am to be totally open to energy work and the benefits it brings emotionally and physically to people that are so receptive 🫶🏼

When social media feels heavy…… 🌀

It’s so easy to be sucked into everything terrible thats going on in the world, especially when social media shows us everything that’s wrong going on around us 🌍

I remember a few years ago the constant consuming of negativity at every scroll sent my mental health further and further into a downward spiral… I ended up not being able to think about anything else.

The human brain is designed to constantly seek evidence of what it already believes to be true 🧠

Therefore; if we already believe the world is a dangerous place, the constant news flashes of violence and division are going to keep reaffirming that belief and could potentially leave you feeling pretty sh*tty 😢

If things feel like they’re getting too much for you, try a couple of these ‘Afformations’ to flip the script and allow your brain to search for the proof that positivity exists in your life ♥️

‘Why am I blessed?’

Why am I grateful?

Why am I surrounded by love?

Why am i successful?

And allow your brain to search for the answer and pull you back into proof of positivity ♥️

A sneak peak into my day today, over in Halifax for Day 1 of Advanced Belief Coding training, the knowledge and the energy was 🔥

The amount of beliefs Jess managed to draw out in one session blew my mind!

About to do a deep dive session.. over the past few months I’ve been drawn more and more to cacao, when used with the right intention, the insights and depths it can bring are profound ♥️ cacao is a natural heart opener and I’ve found using this before my reiki sessions just brings a whole new level to the energy (it also tastes beautiful too 🥰) .

Im excited to be able to share the magic with my clients later on in the year after my cacao facilitator training! ☕️🌿

🎁 A few things about me that may surprise you - some that may not fit in the ‘spiritual box’ 🎁

A totally honest and open post about my journey and who I am ♥️

🙋🏻‍♀️Hi, I’m Fiona, a reiki practitioner and Belief Coding facilitator.

- I struggled with anxiety and low confidence for years.. this massively impacted me… I originally started my reiki business under the name ‘The Reiki Room’ around 4 years ago but still had parts of me that needed to heal to allow me to step into full alignment. The past 2 years have been a journey and one I’ll be forever grateful for 🙏

- I LOVE house music and festivals 🎶 💃 the connection of music and seeing people living and having fun fills my cup right up! I’m currently going through playlists because this is something I’d love to bring to my reiki sessions too 💆🏻‍♀️

- I’m an accredited Belief Coding facilitator, which has been a huge part of my healing journey along with Reiki 🧠 This modality has helped me uncover so much about myself and helped re-write the beliefs I was holding 💁🏻‍♀️

- I’m not ‘high Vibe’ every single day- there’s so much to be said about people that share healing have to be ‘completely healed’ . Honestly- I don’t think there’s such a thing. However, I do hold myself accountable to find out why my emotions come up and what they’re telling me and use them as a signpost of the buried experiences I’m bringing forward that are no longer serving me ♥️

- I believe in reincarnation.. my belief is that we take the lessons we need from each life time and use them to ascend to the next

- I feel most at home where there’s trees.. my dream has been to live like a woodland hobbit in a cabin in the woods 🌲 the sense of calm is like nothing else

- I’ve heard the audible voice of my spirit guide, the first time this ever happened was during a sound bath a few years ago and I was absolutely terrified 😮 I thought someone was talking in my ear and that I was going crazy 😝🤣

- I don’t watch much Tv BUT do have an absolute guilty pleasure of Love is Blind.. 📺

-I’m hugely into manifestation, though my views have changed on this over the past couple of years.. I now believe it’s part universe guidance but mainly down to our internal belief systems sitting in the subconscious 🧠 our aligned actions are creating our reality

- I renamed my business ‘Align Healing’ as a nod to my own journey.. realising I was out of alignment the first time round but as a reminder of what can happen in our external world when we heal from within 🌟

-I LOVE trainers.. the brighter the better!
