Yoga is an odd sort of sort. There isn’t a yoga frame we can all fit into, each practice is a different as the person on the mat. Sometimes its joyful, or sweaty, (or sweary) or hard work. A bit like real life?

So, we keep coming back - making the best of the bits we have to hand.

Yoga is so much bigger than stretches and breathing, although that’s generally where we start. I’m opening up this page to offer more than just me and my services. In the not too distant future you’ll find products tried and tested by my students, joy-filled gifts, new opportunities to work with me ... (and more and more)
