Here are our friends and family results for October.

When you receive care at our surgery, you will be given the opportunity to give your feedback by answering a simple question about your experience. Within 48 hours of visiting our practice we will ask you to visit our website where you will be invited to ask a simple question.

The information will give the NHS invaluable information on what patients think of services, which can be used to help make improvements if required.

128 patients failed to attend their appointments for the last month.
This equates to a total of 22 hours of wasted clinical time resulting in 1 hours per day.

There are a number of ways to cancel your appointment; via Systmonline, NHS or Airmid app and by speaking to one of our receptionists.

We have appointments on Sunday 05th October and weekday clinics for our eligible patients - please call 01509 508412 to book. We will also send out some booking links however YOU DO NOT NEED TO WAIT YOU CAN CALL THE SURGERY NOW.
All patients over the age of 65 can book in with us AND those who are 64 but turning 65 on or before 31st March 2026.
Those also eligible include:
• People with certain medical conditions, including:
- Chronic respiratory diseases
- Chronic heart disease
- Chronic kidney disease
- Chronic liver disease
- Chronic neurological conditions
- Diabetes
- Weakened immune system due to disease or treatment
- Morbid obesity (BMI of 40 or above)
• Pregnant women
• Children aged 2-3 years
• People living in long-stay residential care homes
• Carers
• Household contacts of immunocompromised individuals
