Do your looks matter in business? Does a looks based prejudice exist?

Awkward question. Even more awkward answer.

Because most people will say no. While quietly noticing everything.

How you show up still sets the tone before you say a word. Not in a “must be perfect” way, but in a “signals are being sent” way. Tired, rushed, put together, intentional. People read it all, often without realising they are doing it.

That does not mean you need to look polished every second of the day. It does mean you can choose how you present yourself when it matters.

Being strategically glowing is not about vanity. It is about awareness. Looking like you respect yourself, your time, and your environment. Looking like you have your life in some form of order, even if behind the scenes it is slightly chaotic.
