⏰️ Losing an hour of sleep throws off your Circadian Rhythm and can take up to a week to adjust to. The disruption in hormonal peaks through the day can affect your perceived exertion and limit normal recovery rates.
The Fix:
🌞 Get sunlight in early to help reset the "Master Clock" in your brain
☕️ No caffeine after 2pm!
💤 Give yourself a 7-day "grace period" before expecting everything to be back to normal
