So stop when it starts to hurt … don’t push through pain … get some heat or ice onto the area … don’t follow it up by simply sitting … gentle, conservative (with a small c) movement 👍

Our face to face classes start to return from the Easter break this week with Jenny teaching at Rempstone Village Hall on Thursday and Friday 👏

Online classes are running as usual 🙌
