"You need that trust [that you and your competitors are clean], in order to be able to put out the performances you want, or ones you can be proud of" 💭

Some lovely words from figure skater, Ed Appleby, about why integrity is so important in sport.

If you're worried about what happens after you report doping suspicions, read below⬇️

1️⃣ Your report is reviewed by a member of our team.

2️⃣ We assess the detail inside your report and cross-check against any other information that might relate to your report or the persons involved. The could involve our team asking you further questions to clarify details (if you have reported through a platform that allows two-way conversation e.g. WhatsApp, text, email).
3️⃣ Our team will decide if, and what action is appropriate to take, for example by requesting a test on an athlete suspected of doping, or to open an investigation.
4️⃣ Each report could lead to uncovering evidence of an Anti-Doping Rule Violation, where the person or persons involved could face a ban from sport.

Rest assured, your report will be looked into and your identity protected throughout the process.

You might see things on social media that make you think taking steroids or Performance Enhancing Drugs is ok. We're here to remind you that it's not. 🚫

These drugs can have devastating long term health impacts, that aren't worth the risk. You're cheating yourself and the people around you by taking them.

Think about your health, think about your integrity, is it really worth putting that on the line?

Did you know that all supplements risk containing prohibited substances? They could become contaminated during the manufacturing process or contain banned substances that aren't listed on the product's ingredients.

If you choose to use supplements, ensure they are from reputable brands, certified (and batch tested) by risk minimisation programmes, and check the batch number online before taking them.

Have you tried our asthma inhaler calculator yet? It's designed to help athletes who suffer with asthma or other breathing conditions to understand when their inhaler use is prohibited in sport ✅

The calculator is simple to use. The user inputs the substance, the number of puffs they take and the dose. The calculator then works out the final amounts and whether the inhaler use is permitted or prohibited in sport.

Visit our asthma inhaler webpage for information on asthma inhalers, and scroll down to the calculator to get your results ⬇️
