The latest respiratory report shows influenza activity has again increased across all surveillance indicators.

Flu is spreading, you can help stop the spread by:
• Washing your hands regularly
• Catching coughs and sneezes in a tissue
• Minimising contact with others
• Getting vaccinated if you are eligible

If you have not been vaccinated and are eligible for a flu or covid vaccination. Please call and book an appointment at the Surgery

The latest respiratory report shows influenza activity has increased again across all surveillance indicators, but particularly among children. This increase is earlier than in previous influenza seasons recently.

Vaccines provide the best defence against winter viruses.

People who are eligible for vaccination against flu or COVID-19 this year should make themselves aware of their own GP surgery’s or community pharmacist’s vaccination arrangements and work with them to get vaccinated.

🔴 Treatment Room Appointments 🔴

This week, we had 23 patients who did not attend for their treatment room appointments. This continues to prevent others from using the service.

Those 23 appointments equates to one full morning of treatment room appointments!

It is very important that if you are unable to attend kindly CANCEL your appointment so that we can accommodate other patients.
