We all need a PT, from the person going to the gym for the first time ever, to the elite sports person. Everyone should have a PT, at least for a period of time.
A good personal trainer offers the direction, education and positive drive that we all need for a boost.
Having the knowledge of a professional will give you the answers you seek, the push to improve yourself and focus to stay on track each week as you are being held accountantable for your actions in and outside of the sessions.
Be smart, time is precious, life is overwhelming at times so make your life easier, add structure and work with someone who will get the best out of you.

Start today with a positive mindset. You have control over your thoughts so have a clear mindset today.
A positive mindset can have a powerful impact on our lives. It allows us to see opportunities instead of obstacles, to focus on the present moment and to believe in our own ability to achieve our goals.
When we approach challenges with a positive attitude, we are more resilient and better able to find solutions. Additionally, having a positive mindset can improve our relationships, increase our level of happiness and even boost our immune system.
With practice, we can learn to shift our mindset to a more positive perspective, which can lead to a more fulfilling and successful life.

It's tough making lifestyle changes, we all natural like our comforts and routines.
Life will be busy, we feel over worked, hardly any time for ourselves and then little motivation to get a workout in.
But you are stronger than you think, when you commit to making a positive difference in your life you really can.
You just have to embrace the journey, the potential slow progress, ups and downs, and get after it and keep pushing forward.
Get your workouts in this weekend, don't have the takeaways you usually would. Go for a forest walk rather than staying in all day.
You have got this, but it won't be easy!!

Coaching is a process of teaching valuable lessons to people. You must not just listen tho, you must also aim to apply what you have been taught and put them into action.

It's always been my belief that my life is better when I'm in a good routine of training.
Everything seems to function better, I'm more productive, have more energy, sleep deeper at night. The list goes on.
But how many of us make training an essential part of our weeks/days?

Having a great week is intentional, they don't happen by accident. You have to be focused on certain aspects and keep building good habits.
If you get up early, make your bed, get to the gym, arrive at work ahead of schedule, have your meals set out, make sure you stay hydrated. These things don't happen just by chance you have to be in the right mindset. You have to stay disciplined when you don't feel like it but by the end of the week you will feel a sense of achievement and satisfaction.

Personal Training should be a must for everyone at some point in their fitness journey. By hiring someone that has years of experience, a great understanding of how to get results and worked with many people just like you then it's good to know your in safe hands.
Health and fitness is a huge part of most peoples lives but they waste so many years walking round the gym aimlessly, eating what their friends tell them is a good diet and typically get bored with the same routines or classes.

We all need a good baseline of physical strength in life. Whether that's to help with everyday tasks, to prepare you for when you have children or to perform better at the sport you like to play.
Using free weights, moving heavy objects or resistance based machines all will play a part in building up your strength.
Make sure you incorporate some strength training in your weekly workouts. Your body will thank you for it.

Summer officially starts in a couple of weeks. Warmer weather, hopefully some nice holidays booked and that means less clothes to be worn and more of your body showing.
With this in mind we will all be a bit more body conscious. It's a nice added bit of motivation to work a bit harder in the gym, be more mindful with the calories we consume and give ourselves a goal to reach.
Working towards a deadline like a holiday is a nice way to push yourself a bit more than you do other times of the year.

What's your aim for the week?
Each day we should be taking action towards our goals.
That might be getting a workout in, make sure your in a calorie deficit or just trying not to sit at your desk all day without moving.
The key here is to have a clear aim, to know what we are aiming to achieve.
Monday is always a good day to have a good day as it sets the tone for the week!
