The UK has just been ranked in the bottom tier of countries for sunlight 😞Slightly better than Iceland though! So that means at this time of year we need to think about Vit D. I get mine Icelandic cod liver oil which is a natural food state source so the body knows how to absorb it into the tissues where it’s needed most. And lots of outdoor time
