This weekend I have been training in York on Electro Acupuncture for Endometriosis

It’s great when a course takes you somewhere you would like to explore, with the added bonus of Christmas sparkle and for company.
___
The course was focused on Endometriosis, and also applicable to Adenomyosis, with support for all gynae issues including PCOS and fibroids.

Particular symptoms of interest include pain, heavy bleeding and anovulation.

It was great to catch up with like minded colleagues from all over the country and meet new acupuncturists.
___
Outside of the course we visited the Christmas Market, York’s most haunted pubs, the city walls and ate great food.

Do you track your cervical mucus to understand your fertile window and target your most fertile time? 🌱

👉🏻 You may not experience all types of cervical mucus.

If you see mucus that looks like raw egg white, this is the most fertile and the time when you should TTC. ⏰

Tracking cervical mucus for fertility is free and does not relying on algorithms to predict your fertile window. ✅

In addition it can help with checking the balance of your cycle follicular : luteal phase. ⚖️

I also recommend tracking to perimenopause clients when their cycle starts to vary in length. It helps them feel more@ in control if they can predict if the cycle will be short or long. 📆
