🔍 For the last 4 months I have been trialing Tempdrop.

Tempdrop is an axillary temperature armband sensor, dedicated to Basal Body Temperature reading. 🌡️

Unlike watches and rings that give temperature trends, Tempdrop takes temperature measurements while you sleep, filtering out disturbances. 😴

I offer 3 versions of support with natural fertility acupuncture. After your Inital appointment, you choose:

1️⃣ Total relaxation acupuncture
A brief conversation on where you are in your cycle and any significant symptoms

2️⃣ Relaxation & Cycle Tracking acupuncture
A review of cycle tracking, what may be impacting it & discussion how you can make improvements

3️⃣ Relaxation, Cycle Tracking & Further Investigations acupuncture
We dig a bit deeper, get our detective hats on and ask why? This can involve testing and consultant referrals.

✨ It could be that while some appointments are discussion heavy, others you give a brief update and then relax

🌱 Herbs may be recommended along with acupuncture, as appropriate.

Can allergies effect my fertility?

Allergies, including asthma, are a sign of immune system activation. They can relate to food, respiratory or nasal, & skin.

A regulated immune system is important when trying to conceive (TTC)

Acupuncture, Herbs and/or Micro Immunotherapy can help with symptoms & immune regulation.

General allergies can be treated throughout the year.

The treatment of seasonal allergies, like hay fever, are better when started a couple of months before your normal symptom onset.

✨8 things to start now to support your fertility health in 2026✨

1️⃣ Track your Cycle
Use a fertility tracking app and track basal body temperature, cervical mucus, LH surge, bleed and other symptoms appropriate to you.

2️⃣ Optimise your Diet & Supplements
Focus on protein, vegetables and fruit, with fertility supportive supplements. As a minimum folic acid and a prenatal supplement. For a more tailored approach, see a fertility specialist.

3️⃣ Remove Alcohol & limit Caffeine
Research shows alcohol is not good for fertility. Limit caffeine to 1 cup a day, swapping for herbal teas and water.

4️⃣ Stop Smoking & Va**ng
Smoking impacts egg quality, s***m health, and is generally inflammatory. Also, try and avoid inhaling second hand smoke/vape.

5️⃣ Manage Stress
Stress can disrupt hormones. Take time to breathe & relax. Book regular acupuncture.

6️⃣ Exercise Moderately
Move for health, not exhaustion. Walking, swimming, yoga, pilates. Regular exercise that makes you feel good.

7️⃣ Involve Your Partner
Encourage healthy habits together. Make sure they are also having fertility health checks and support if needed. Fertility is a journey for all involved.

8️⃣ Visit a Fertility Specialist
