When I arrived in France in February, I was tired and full of emotion in a way that sleep could not fix.

You know that kind of tired. The kind that comes from years of being everything to everyone and forgetting to save anything for yourself.

I didn’t t know what I was looking for. I just knew I had to go.

And something happened in France.

Something quiet and undramatic and completely life changing.

The light came back.

Not all at once. Slowly. In the silence of mornings with nobody needing anything from me. In the markets and the boulangeries and the long drives through countryside that had no idea who I was supposed to be.

In the space, she remembered herself.
This is The Undoing. Not a breakdown. Not a crisis. The most deliberate, necessary, liberating thing a woman can do for herself.

Or doing all the inner work and still not knowing how to express who they are becoming.
