I am sitting in France watching spring arrive.

The light is different today.

Longer.

Warmer.

Like something that has been holding its breath all winter has finally exhaled.

This International Women’s Day, we honour the women who lead differently, the ones who trust their timing, their intuition, their bodies.

£2.9 billion later… and women still don’t know who they are.

Because the system taught us to fix the outside while quietly eroding the inside.

It conditioned us to shrink, to doubt, to disappear, then sold us colours, clothes, and “solutions” to patch over the identity it broke.

Across the UK and US, up to 20 million women have had colour or style analysis… and 14 million never use the knowledge again.
