Well, we really are in the thick of it all now. The school terms have ended, the cards have been sent (or not) and most of the preparation is done. Time to consider the joy of the season, the chance for our own hibernation and rebirth, and for the warmth and comforts of our homes as we join with friends and family for Christmas celebrations.
Maybe your own Christmas is tinged with regrets and complication? You are not alone. Love is all around, but it needs to be INSIDE us as well. Save a hug for yourself too.🤓🎄🩷💜🩵

Even though Bob is getting on a bit, he really likes to keep fit and enjoys running.

Although sometimes, he suffers with niggling aches and pains BUT after a quick visit to the Osteopath, he's back out doing what he loves best!

Tis the season for promotion..... here from Louth Community Panto Club. January 8-10th 2026. There'll be laughs galore and all your favourite characters.

Today is the first day of Advent, and the start of the Christian year for some. Not long to go now before the days start to stretch out longer.
