Just putting the finishing touches on the display boards for the NELincolnshire launch of Bob’sBrainwaves on Thursday. Looking forward to meeting all our guests and big thanks to Mel and Becky from Grimsby Alzheimer’s for helping and collaborating with us to get the best pack possible for the families caring with someone with a Dementia diagnosis in NELincolnshire. What a lovely time we all had.
Thank you Rainbow Dreaming ponies, Patrick Purves for the music and everyone who attended from Louth Memory Matters Group at the Lincolnshire Day event at St James Church in Louth. Just a few snaps to record the afternoon. Those ponies were adorable.

Bob’sBrainwaves have been out and about this Autumn. We have been spreading the word about the Bob’sBrainwaves Handy Help Packs at Rotary Clubs in Woodhall Spa, Spilsby and even Thirsk! We also visited Cleethorpes Lions and told them about the NELincs launch on November 13 th. Can you believe we have a waiting list already?
Chris is looking forward to presenting to and meeting the students at Boston College as well as Gabriella Hillier who is a Lecturer in Care.
Other events coming up is a Drop In at Market Rasen Library on Tuesday 18 th November from 11 am.

Today we want to say a huge thank you to the Awesome Rebecca Lynch ( Widgit) for running the Robin Hood Half Marathon and for helping us to raise funds for Bob’sBrainwaves. We loved being there to cheer you on! Well done Becca, it was an amazing achievement!

Bob’sBrainwaves were happy to jointly present yesterday to the PCN Annual Networking Event 2025 at Sibsey nr Boston with Rebecca Lynch from Widgit Specialist Educational Symbols and Signage. Great to have so much interest in our packs and the Widgit specialist Dementia Signage packs which are available free to download from the www.bobsbrainwaves.org.uk web page. Our Bobsbrainwaves packs are now available free at NHS Memory Support Services/Clinics in East Lindsey, West Lindsey, North Hykeham, Boston and from 13 th November 2025 in North East Lincs from Grimsby at point of diagnosis. A Handy Help Pack and Navigation tool to support families and friends of a loved one with the Dementia diagnosis.
Thank you to all our supporters in the NHS, Community and Charity groups.

I caught up with her at a 60’s Music event at the Trinity Centre Memory Cafe in Louth last week. If you haven’t seen these amazing signs to help aid understanding and communication why not give them a try? There are 4 packs- Communication, Personal Safety, Personal Hygiene and Activities.
