🖥️ We’re Hiring! Part-Time Remote Admin (Saturday Mornings)

Regen Physio is growing… again 👀

We’re looking for a confident, organised and tech-savvy Admin Assistant to join our team and help manage over 2,000 appointments per month across our clinics.

This is a remote role, working from home, with a minimum shift of:

🗓 Saturday 08:30–12:30 (with scope for extra hours during busy periods and holiday cover)
💰 £12.21 per hour

You’ll be:
• Handling incoming calls, emails & web chat
• Managing clinical diaries
• Supporting client bookings and queries
• Playing a key role in delivering first-class customer service

We’re looking for someone who:
✔ Communicates brilliantly (written & verbal)
✔ Is confident working independently
✔ Is comfortable with tech & online systems
✔ Brings energy, flexibility and a growth mindset

You’ll need your own laptop and smartphone (our systems are web-based), and be able to attend training days in Leeds City Centre before starting.

Our Mummy MOT is designed by women’s health specialists to help Mums, new and old, restore their bodies and their confidence.

The package starts with a 60-minute assessment (which can include an internal examination at the client’s request) hands-on treatment and a personalised exercise plan.
