What a journey this has been, the fire was back at the beginning of of August!!!! I’ve chased people up daily ! Someone was appointed to take the stress away and do all this on my behalf! but sadly that didn’t happen it’s been down to me arranging people and talking/emailing ! I suppose I’m one of many people trying to get their claims sorted out but I’ve spent hours speaking to various people /emailing/phoning . I do hope the next steps will be us getting a start date
