As I wrap up my last working day of the week, I can’t help but reflect on the beautiful souls I’ve supported lately.

💚 A mum-to-be preparing her body for birth and breastfeeding.
🌸 A client navigating cancer, needing some nurturing and calm.
🌙 Someone finding their way through anxiety and sleepless nights.
🌿 Another rebuilding strength after a long hospital stay.

Each pair of feet has told a story — and through the healing touch of reflexology, I’ve witnessed their bodies begin to soften, recalibrate, and find balance again.

This week has been a reminder of why I love what I do: creating calm, restoring trust in the body, and helping people remember that healing is possible.

And in between treatments, I’ve been training my Tropic team on skincare and hosting a skincare confidence morning — because caring for yourself, inside and out, matters.

A few weeks ago, I took a quiet walk through the woods near home — no phone, no pressure, just the sound of leaves underfoot and that deep, grounding stillness only nature can give.

It reminded me of something simple but powerful: Healing doesn’t always need to be complicated. Sometimes, it’s found in slowing down — in listening — in allowing your body to exhale. That’s what Reflexology is for me. It’s not just a treatment. It’s a way of coming back to yourself.
When I first launched Clinical Reflexology with Sharnnie Rebecca, it was from a deep desire to empower others to choose holistic, natural ways to support their everyday health. Because I know what it feels like to be stuck in pain — emotionally and physically — and to feel like no one is really listening.

When I was pregnant with Henry, I handed in my notice from a toxic workplace that had taken its toll. Fast forward 3 years, and without going into too much detail, as a family, we went through a turbulent time. Our life was turned upside down. I was exhausted, lost, and trying to heal. I didn’t know where to turn or where to begin. Doctors told me to “take paracetamol for a year” and handed me antidepressants I refused to touch. (I still keep that unopened box in my drawer — a reminder of how far I’ve come.)

That chapter of my life inspired everything I do now. I wanted to create something that made others feel supported, seen, and heard — a space where you can reconnect with your body and allow it to heal in its own rhythm.

Reflexology helps calm the nervous system, balance hormones, and restore energy. It gently reminds your body that it already knows how to find equilibrium — it just needs space to do so.

If life has felt heavy lately, or you’ve been running on empty, maybe it’s time to pause. To give your body permission to rest, recalibrate, and reset.

Very shy, 6-year-old me with jam jar-bottom glasses would never have believed this was possible.

That I would one day grow my own business.
That I would lead a team.
That together, we would achieve over £1 MILLION in downline sales. 💚

I first joined Tropic because I was searching for a clean, natural, yet effective vegan range — not just for me, but for my clients. I was determined to find the best… and I truly believe I did. 🌿

When I was pregnant with Henry, I handed in my notice. The toxic work environment had taken its toll. I knew I needed flexibility — and more than that, I needed to follow my dream. To help others. To build something that made people feel confident, healthier, and happier.

Tropic empowered me to create a wellbeing community… but I was terrified. I’ve had moments on the edge of panic attacks, moments I wanted to walk away — but I didn’t. I put on my big girl pants and pushed forward.

I stood up in front of business students at a college to inspire them to be brave. I stood on stage in front of thousands as I was celebrated as a Tropic Leader — legs shaking, heart pounding… but I did it. And I did it to honour how far I’d come.

From the quiet little girl I once was — to the woman showing her children that anything is possible. ✨

Tropic has taken me across the world. It’s introduced me to friends for life. I’m surrounded by the most incredible team — women who lift each other up and embody the quote:
“Surround yourself with women who would mention your name in a room full of opportunities.”
That is our energy. 💫

A little about the face behind the name...I’m Sharnnie, I have been a beautician and hair stylist now for 12 years in South Staffordshire. At the beginning of my career I felt that there was something missing alongside my treatment menu. I was missing an incredible product that I truly trusted and believed in for my treatments and for my clients after care. When you are investing in yourself and having your well deserved treatments, Aftercare is the secret to the best self care routine and for glowing youthful looking skin.

Lets empower you to feel amazing! - Self-care is important! Maintain a healthy relationship with yourself as it produces positive feelings and boosts your confidence and self-esteem. Also, self-care is necessary to remind yourself and others that you and your needs are important too.

So with all this flowing around my mind, I needed to find a brand I trusted and matched my values. I found Tropic Skincare. Founded by the beautiful Susie Ma.
