MLW Counselling

MLW Counselling Empowering personal growth & well-being through compassionate counselling. Welcome to my professional practice.

I am Marie-Laure Warner, a Clinical Hypnotherapist and Psycho-Therapeutic Counsellor with extensive experience supporting both young individuals and adults. I hold accreditations from esteemed organisations, including the National Hypnotherapy Society, the National Counselling and Psychotherapy Society (NCPS), and the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP). With a background as a teacher working with young people, I discovered a profound desire to engage with individuals on a more personal level. This realisation led me to transition into the field of therapy, where I could offer guidance during a pivotal time marked by confusion, isolation, and uncertainty about one’s present self and future aspirations. My approach to counselling and hypnotherapy is characterised by a compassionate, professional, and friendly demeanor. My overarching goal is to assist clients in reframing their thinking, boosting confidence and self-esteem, and empowering them to regain control over their well-being. By facilitating this transformative process, clients acquire new perspectives to tackle challenges and develop essential skills for navigating whatever the future may hold.

The Olive isn’t just a community space, it’s a place where friendships grow. For just £5.50, you can enjoy a good meal and even better company.

We all know how easy it is to feel a bit lonely sometimes, and that’s why The Olive exists – to give us a warm, welcoming space to share a laugh, a chat, and maybe even make a new friend.

It’s cared for by Lowestoft’s own charity Access Community Trust, so every plate served helps tackle social isolation in our community.

Why not pop in this week? Or better yet – tag a friend and bring them along! Let’s make loneliness a thing of the past, one meal at a time. 💚
