Mike and Lou from Something Else were here this afternoon entertaining the residents and staff at Harleston. It was their “Rock and Roll” show, it featured Dame Shirley, ABBA, Elvis and many more. 🎸🎸🎸

Playdate with Trinity!

Children and residents enjoyed time together this morning in our intergenerational play date. Scarf throwing for fireworks and ribbons then a game of Balloon tennis. 🎈🎈Lots of lovely connections and memories for the children to treasure. Trinity Playgroup

Did you know!

Each week we email all relatives a copy of the planned activities, their welcome to come along to join in, or they may wish to avoid them. Residents also have copies on each floor, this way staff also have access to the program. This is why we do not feature the program on Facebook.

If you do not receive an email but wish to please let me know when you next see me. Also should you wish to bring an idea or request an activity please also bring that to me. ☺️👍

Residents and staff held a rememberance service in the dining room to honour and remember those that have fallen in war. Residents were wearing their poppies that were brought and donated by Tony Barbara’s son. Emma supported the proceedings this morning. 🌹🌹🌹
