I always get asked how many guys come to the studio, and we actually have a lot of guys, they just tend to do private sessions, I thought this was a good IP for guys to share,

Here Pilates Haven we have a small therapy room with the Lumina
Lymphatic Drainage, Facial Reflexology and Body Massage.

I personally use this for my knees, and recently my broken foot to help aid heeling and recovery also enhancing collagen natural on my face & Hands.
We offer 30 minutes sessions.
With a range of packages to suit all.
