Continued is our Teacher Focus.

This is Lilly Wilcox,
She is training Bälans Pilates, after completing her Mat training with Pilates Haven she decided to take a lineage legacy Programme training the Lo**ta San Miguel pilates.
Lilly has many Mat classes, private sessions and covers Reformer classes at the studio also a Pre-Pilates class on Monday .

Continued is our teacher focus week.
This is Carol Wood

Carol is at the end of her training with Pilates Haven
Having entered onto the 450 hour comprehensive teacher training program back 2023 also finding some hurdles to work through Carol retired from the NHS and felt she wished to keep her own body moving within her retirement years, so far she has achieved
Mat
Reformer
Chair
Spine corrector
Ladder Barrel
Resistance ring training, still to complete Cadillac.
Carol works with like-minded ladies and continues to be happily married to Gary, and is semi-retired, enjoying her diving and WI along with other hobbies she shares with Gary.

Carol continues her training .
We wish Carol a happy retirement movement and Pilates.
