A KAPHA BALANCING EVENING 💦🌿
Year round as the seasons and energies change we should adjust, diet, lifestyle & activity to help us remain in balance.
Winter is a time when the kapha dosha is most likely to be aggravated, leading to feelings of congestion, heaviness and stagnation in the mind and body. If you have a kapha constitution, a kapha imbalance at this time of year is even more likely.
To keep kapha balanced this winter, you will want to counter kapha's cold, damp, heavy qualities with elements of warmth, dryness, and light.
This Workshop will discuss Dosha types and practice yoga appropriate for balancing Kapha Dosha, a hot Kapha balancing meal and Tea will be provided.
