Squirrel Lodge was established 1984 and the overall aim has always been to create a friendly family and homely atmosphere and to provide facilities and 24 hour service of such quality that a group of dependent elderly people can live happily together in the knowledge that their future is secure and that they will always be well cared for and receive personal care to meet the their needs whilst maintaining their dignity, self respect and as much privacy as is humanly possible within a residential home. We always look to residents to lead the fullest life possible of which they are capable but of course each and everyone can always choose to do just what suits them best.

A special thank you to all the staff who work hard all year and the staff on duty over Christmas who will ensure the residents have a fantastic day. We are sure the food over Xmas will be delicious as usual.
