6 years ago, my health fell apart.
A diagnosis with “no cure.”
Exhaustion. Anxiety. An unhappy brain. Feeling disconnected from myself, along with years of emotional stress, leaky gut, the list goes on!
I had two, young toddlers at the time, and they were motivation to carve my roadmap to healing!

Kinesiology changed everything for me— it helped me understand my energy, release emotional weight I didn’t realise I was carrying, and finally feel at home in my body again.
Later, fasting with Dr Mindy Peltz helped restore my hormones and brought a deeper level of healing I never thought possible.

Now I get to help other women do the same — ease symptoms naturally, restore energy, and finally feel like themselves again!

I feel truly blessed I get to journey with women ready to connect back to their bodies and their authentic self.
