Would you like to give Reiki to support people in difficult circumstances this Christmas?

Crisis are seeking Wellbeing Volunteers to deliver complementary therapies such as Aromatherapy, Craniosacral Therapy, Massage (including Indian Head Massage), Reflexology, Reiki, Shiatsu and Yoga Therapy to people experiencing homelessness over the Christmas period. These services can have a hugely positive effect on their mental and physical wellbeing. The sessions will be provided across Crisis Christmas Day Centres and Hotels in London.

I would of course add Reiki to the list of things that can soothe and calm the nervous system. I've been taking part in 21 days of self Reiki treatment and finding this tremendously supportive to my jangled nervous system. I wish you times of calm amid the suffering
