I don't think I will ever tire of working with these burnt orange/pumpkin tones of the fallen leaves. They look so good against the chocolate brown of the earth. ☺️

*Mercury in Scorpio trine Saturn in Pisces (25 deg)
*Mars in Sagittarius quincunx Jupiter Rx in Cancer (24 deg)

Mercury/Saturn is the commitment to an authentic truth. It's the last of three trines, the first two occurring on Oct 25th and Nov 22nd (when Mercury was Rx). You're finalizing that commitment or solidifying your obligation regarding a secret, area of research or intimate matter.

This aspect encourages a realistic approach to intense information - the delivery is measured and you're able to handle the subject matter. This is part of the Grand Water Trine I wrote about in my Dec 6th post (Mercury trine Jupiter Rx)-good news is real (not just an empty promise). Reality and expectations blend together easily, allowing you see/communicate certain benefits with maturity. You have the focus and authority to manifest something good, if you pour all your mental energy into it. This also supports intensive study that reveals hidden wisdom.

Mars' awkward quincunx to Jupiter Rx will add a bit of tension however. While thoughts and communication are working beautifully, actions will be out of step with expectations and knowledge. You might jump ahead before you have the full story or question your faith in the risk/adventure. The result can be exaggerated actions or efforts that miss the mark. The key is full awareness of what's growing and what benefits you hope to manifest. Jupiter is Rx so much of this could be internal. Be truthful about what you hope to see and then carefully measure your next steps.

My wintering has become a ritual. Each year the lights go off in December. Candle light. A pile of novels. A fast. Shedding shedding shedding and gestating ready for next years spring newness.
This years wintering theme seems to be ‘come back to self’. What do I believe? What do I trust? Who am I? Centering my intuition and stepping more fully into my sovereignty. If I’m asked to hold more, I need to be able to trust myself. If The Goddess wants to be here with me more fully, I need to step up and be able to see her, eye to eye. Not to shrink or collapse. And at the same time be able to rest. It’s all part of the process.

Mercury makes its third and final trine to Jupiter (the first two occurring on Oct 24th and Nov 22nd when Mercury was Rx). You're wrapping up a period of profound and beneficial insight. Research, psychological exploration, intimate conversations or an investigation of the past has been ongoing and (thanks to a wider perspective) has uncovered good things. Maybe you're clued in to hidden resources or good news or secrets that give you something to hope for.

Ideas and communication flow easily. There could be a silent rush of core truths that make you smile. Or a flood of intense conversation that feels warm and comfortable. This is part of a larger Grand Water Trine which involves Mercury's trine to Saturn in Pisces (25 deg) on Dec 7th. It's all about the information - look, listen and welcome any messengers.

She. She is terrifying when she makes us face our fears. When our fear and shame and mistrust shows up, we break gaps in the field and allow in low vibrations that match our mistrust, our fear.
Finding love. Allowing it. Finding our self trust. Rooting it.
She is forcing our hand right now. I’ve found moments of worry that She is overstepping boundaries to actually be showing me 2 things: how can I stand strong and meet Her eye to eye (not bow or be fearful) and secondly that we have simply surrendered to Her.
There’s a dance in this.
She requires us to be boundaried and strong, meeting here face to face (ie feeling worthy of it).
And, She then welcomes us (or more like asks of us) to surrender into Her embrace. With an anchor to call ourselves back. But surrender. Surrender to what the mind may disagree with but the heart desires. Surrender to Her Love. Surrender to Her destruction. She will tear apart all that is not coming through. And it will hurt if we cling on.
