We are very pleased to share that thanks to all of your donations from our subsidised sessions over the last 3 months our subsidised chair yoga sessions will continue in January 🥳

We’re passionate about creating accessible + inclusive spaces for people to connect with themselves and their bodies and chair yoga really opens up the possibilities of a yoga practice to lots more people.

We’ve had some lovely feedback from our chair yoga sessions so far and are very happy to continue to hold this space in a new venue.

Sessions will include a combo of mindful movement, stillness, meditation and focus on the breath. The atmosphere is friendly and relaxed, and no experience is required.

Last Women’s circle…for now 🌹🌚✨

What an absolute joy it has been to hold and co create this monthly container. Every month since September we’ve gathered under the new moon to share rest practices, presence and words, and under the full moon to share time around the fire and presence, words, songs.

Spending time in spaces with like minded women is absolute medicine for the soul, a whole body deep exhale. I’m very grateful to everybody who trusted us and the process and to for co hosting.

We may be moving space but this definitely doesn’t feel like the end, just the end of this particular chapter and lunar year together. Watch this space… 🌹✨

Year of the Snake ~ innerdance 🐍 Sun 28th Dec, 2:30-5pm at Ludlow Women's Centre, South Shrops

2025 has been a year like no other, and if you’ve been participating fully in the dance of life and allowing the flow of Shakti to take you, perhaps the shape of your life is no longer recognisable.

Good.
This is fertile soil, amidst all that has been composted as we slither through the depths of winter, forked tongue flickering and sensing our way through the broken ground, discarded dreams and outgrown masks of who we thought we were, shedding and shedding layer after layer, every scale that no longer fits, beginning to unravel towards our evolved form…

What metamorphosis will occur as we continue to twist and slide our way through the dark and the frost, the pulsating throb of our heart’s desires like a clarion call towards our one internal compass? Only time will tell.

As the grains of the hour glass trickle towards the end of this calendar year I invite you to gather in the sacred pause post solstice, deep in the belly of Yuletide to explore and alchemise these moments in your journey as we sidewind across vast chasms of potential towards what is already moving towards us…

With modifications offered for all levels of practitioner this friendly, mixed level group class is a great place to either start or continue your yoga journey. Mats, blocks + belts are provided.

✨Who is this for?

This is suitable for everyone 16+ comfy with getting up and down from the floor but not suitable for pregnant folk.

✨ Can I just join one class?

Drop ins are not available ~ committing to a term enables you to see progress and the benefits of your practice and enables the term to build on a theme. Booking is essential.

✨ Who is the teacher?

Marie is an experienced teacher of 9 years offering through a trauma sensitive lens. She aims to foster spaces encouraging curiosity + compassion where questions are welcome and we have a sense of humour.

Winter Solstice Closing Fire 🔥 Sat 20th Dec, 5-6:30pm in the garden ✨

Join us to gather around the fire on the eve of the longest night. This is a chance to celebrate the first chapter of CIC and to thank the space and land for this time together as the studio closes.

This will be a gentle, cosy space for everybody of all ages to gather and keep the fire in our hearts burning at the darkest part of the year, a space for stories, sharing, songs, silence ~ all of you is welcome.

Marie and sacred fire holder will hold the space ~ please wrap up warm and bring a chair + blanket if possible. Booking not necessary, snacks + cash donations are welcome 💜
