Yoga stretches are beneficial for the body, and easy to master. I am teaching regular Yoga and Static stretch classes at Brimfield Village Hall - 6.30-7.30pm on Tuesday evenings.

Spinal rotation is perfect for resetting your body after a busy day at work. At the beginning of class, as part of the warm-up, we’ll take time to flex, extend, and rotate the spine, ensuring that all the supporting muscles are activated and engaged.
In everyday life, we often neglect certain muscle groups, which can lead to tension and those familiar little niggles. Yoga helps address this by working the entire body, keeping muscles oxygenated, balanced, and healthy.
Think of the class as a full-body reset — a chance to unwind, realign, and restore both body and mind.
