Think you might need a scan?
Before you join a long waiting list or pay for a private scan you might not need, speak to a specialist physiotherapist first.
At Pendulum Physio, our clinicians are registered referrers for:
• MRI
• Ultrasound
• X-ray
• CT scans
Whether you’re dealing with back pain, shoulder pain, a sports injury, or a persistent problem that isn’t improving, we can assess you and advise if imaging is actually necessary.
If a scan is needed, we will:
✔ Arrange the referral
✔ Explain the costs and options
✔ Help you access private or NHS pathways
✔ Handle the paperwork for you
Importantly, we do not charge commission for referrals. Our role is simply to guide you to the right investigation at the right time.
Often the most valuable step isn’t the scan — it’s the clinical assessment that tells you whether you need one at all.
