Today we finished off the last week of our Trauma Recovery Course in Cookstown. We pulled together everything we learned over the last 8 weeks and put together some resource boxes to help us remember what can help when we are struggling.

Thank you to all our participants who came along and got involved. Remember this is only one part of your journey. Look at how far you've come already! Your generous donations will go back into continuing our services in the Mid Ulster Area.

Another thank you to Lilac Cancer Support for their lovely space. We look forward to running this course again.

We are absolutely delighted to announce the launch of Baby Basics Lisburn! 💛

Baby Basics is here to offer a much-needed service to families in our community who are struggling to meet the practical needs of caring for a new baby. We’re so excited to begin supporting parents and carers in Lisburn and the surrounding areas with essential baby items — lovingly donated by our wonderful community. 👶🧺

Our amazing team of volunteers have already been hard at work sorting through the generous donations we’ve already received. Their dedication, care, and effort are truly the heart of this project — thank you to each and every one of you for everything you’re doing to get us ready to start helping those who need it most. 💕

It was an honour to represent Links yesterday at Tandragee High School on their prize day. What a wonderful school, with some very talented, kind and humble young people.

We’ve been delivering counselling in this school for the last 6 years, and look forward to supporting this special school for the next.

Privileged to stand in solidarity with others tonight to honour and remember those affected by domestic abuse. The statistics shared were startling and the names of women who have died as a result of gender based violence a stark reminder of how many families have been impacted.
