Thinking about making a change in your substance use but unsure where to begin?

Join one of our Group Information Sessions to learn what to expect from our service, how the assessment process works, and what supports are available to help you move forward.

March session dates :

📍 Northern Trust Area:
• Thursday 5th March - Coleraine
• Tuesday 10th March - Ballymena
• Friday 20th March - Ballyclare
• Thursday 26th March - Cookstown

📍 Southern Trust Area:
• Monday 2nd March - Armagh
• Friday 6th March - Tandragee
• Monday 9th March - Newry
• Friday 13th March - Lurgan

📍 Online:
3rd Wednesday of every month

Online and In Person sessions run for one hour: 10-11am

Today we finished off the last week of our Trauma Recovery Course in Cookstown. We pulled together everything we learned over the last 8 weeks and put together some resource boxes to help us remember what can help when we are struggling.

Thank you to all our participants who came along and got involved. Remember this is only one part of your journey. Look at how far you've come already! Your generous donations will go back into continuing our services in the Mid Ulster Area.

Another thank you to Lilac Cancer Support for their lovely space. We look forward to running this course again.
